Photos did not light up the map
Check photo access and whether the original photo has GPS metadata. Screenshots and images shared through other apps often lack a capture location. Full library access does not mean every image has location metadata. Check the capture location in the photo information. Map footprints and stamp matching are separate.
Sign in with Apple and sessions
Check network access and that your device is signed in to your own Apple Account, then use the Sign in with Apple button in Roami. Cancelling authorization does not create a session. Changing the network entry does not create a second account. Sign in again if your session has expired. Never send Apple passwords or verification codes.
Delete your account and data
In the app, open Settings, then Delete Account. The service revokes the Apple grant before deleting the account, visits, stamps and saved places. If deletion fails, the app reports it so you can retry. Signing out, uninstalling the app or disabling Apple authorization is not the same as deleting the server account. Original photos in your library are not deleted.
Access, correction and privacy requests
You can view visits and collections in the app and manage your local profile. There is currently no dedicated self-service data export feature. Once a verified public contact channel is supplied, you can use it for access, correction or other privacy requests. This website currently has no request-submission backend.
What to include in a report
Include the app version, iOS version, approximate time and brief reproduction steps. If needed and you choose to share one, redact private information from screenshots. Do not send your photo library, full private itinerary, authorization tokens, passwords or verification codes.
